The download, registration, and use of the app will be considered as the agreement for these Terms. Stop using the app or uninstall it immediately in case of any kind of disagreement within any part of the Terms. 

About Locallpro

Locallpro is one of the leading digital connection platforms specially designed to link customers and independent service providers. We are here providing a space where customers can easily find professionals across the different categories, including plumbing, tutoring, beauty, home repair, electrical work, personal care, and much more. 

You need to understand that Locallpro is only a connector. We:

• Do not perform or manage any kind of services.
• Do not control, verify, or guarantee service quality, legality, or reliability.
• Are not involved in any kind of negotiations, payments, or agreements between the users
• Cannot hold responsibility for the disputes, damages, scams or unsatisfactory results.

Our purpose here is only to enable safe and direct connections between the customers and professionals.

Eligibility to Use the App

If you are using the Locallpro App, you must:

• Of at least 18 years 
• Agree to use the app for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• All activities occurring in your account

Any kind of suspected unauthorized access or misuse of the account should be reported immediately to us at support@locallpro.in

How the Platform Works

Locallpro is meant for two types of users:

Customers: People and businesses seeking professional services.

Professionals: Skilled individuals or companies offering the services.

Locallpro enables connections and offers tools for browsing, connecting, and communicating, but we do not:

• Participate in discussions, scheduling, or payments
• Verify the identity, skill, or background of every user
• Intervene in conflicts or outcomes between the parties

All engagement and transactions done through Locallpro happen independently between users.

User Responsibilities

Being a responsible member of the Locallpro community, you are agreeing to:

• Use the app honestly and ethically
• Provide correct and genuine information only in your profile
• Respect other users and connect with them politely
• Don’t use the app for spamming, scams, illegal activities, or harassment
• Do a proper verification before hiring the services or accepting a job
• Follow the local laws applicable to your service 

Locallpro may suspend or permanently ban users found in violating these guidelines. We are free to take legal action if required.

Our Limitations and Liability Disclaimer

Locallpro only serves as a medium of communication between customers and service providers. We do not:

• Guarantee the quality, timing, legality, or completion of services
• Control professional pricing or customer satisfaction
• Offer insurance, protection, or guarantees for any interaction
• Participate in financial or personal disputes

Using Locallpro simply means that you are acknowledging and agreeing that:

• Any communication, contract, or transaction with another user is at your own risk.
• Locallpro are not responsible for any damage, fraud, or disagreement.
• We are only enabling connections and not managing transactions here.

Payments and Transactions

Locallpro is not handling or processing any payments here. All of the payments are occurring directly between the customers and professionals only.

We are not involved in:

• Setting the prices
• Taking commissions on transactions
• Responsible for non-payment overcharges or refunds

We advise the users of Locallpro to make use of secure, verified payment methods only and retain proof of every transaction if required. 

Data Collection, Usage, and Deletion

Locallpro collects limited user data for enabling seamless experiences, such as:

Name, phone number, and email

Location

Profile photos or basic service-related details

We value the privacy of our users and hence we:

• Do not share or sell users’ information with third-party advertisers
• Only use your data for improving the user experience and app functionality
• The saved data will be removed automatically from all of the servers after deletion of the account or uninstallation of the app 
• Go through the Privacy Policy in detail to know about the user rights and data protection

Permissions Required by the App

Locallpro asks for certain permissions on your device, such as:

• Location access for providing nearby professionals and customers
• Camera or gallery access for uploading images
• Notifications to provide alerts about updates, messages, and matches

These permissions are absolutely voluntary and revocable at any time through the device settings of your device.

Content Ownership and User Rights

All intellectual property, trademarks, app design, and technology belong to Locallpro.

However, any content you upload to the app remains your property.

You grant Locallpro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license by posting to display and use it for app functionality.

You are not agreeing here to:

• Copying or reproducing the app’s content or software
• Reverse engineering or tampering with the platform
• Use the Locallpro logo or brand without permission

Prohibited Activities

Locallpro do not allow you to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Promote illegal or unethical services
• Spam, phishing, or scams
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Hacking or disrupting the platform

Involvement in any such activity is totally unethical and may lead to account termination and reporting to the authorities.

Communication and Notifications

Using the application Locallpro simply means that you are agreeing to receive:

• Notifications about service requests, chat messages, and updates
• Occasional emails regarding your account or app improvements
• Control notifications through the device’s settings option
• We do not send any spam or unwanted marketing messages

Account Termination and Deletion

Users of Locallpro are absolutely free to delete their accounts anytime using the “Delete Account” option in the app. Once deleted:

• All of your data will be automatically removed from all of the servers within 72 hours.
• Saved chats, listings, and preferences will also be deleted immediately.

We are free to suspend or delete your account if:

• You are violating these Terms
• You are misusing the platform
• Required by the law or local authorities

Third Party Links and Integrations

• Locallpro may include some links or integrations associated with third-party tools such as Google Maps, payment gateways, or analytics.
• Locallpro does not control or endorse these external services and does not take responsibility for their content, security, or policies.
• Go through their individual terms and privacy policies before using them. 

Service Availability and Updates

We strive to keep Locallpro available and efficient, but we don’t guarantee:

• Consistent and error-free performance
• Compatibility with all devices and operating systems
• Permanent availability of all features

We are obligated to update and modify the app from time to time to improve its security and functionality.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Locallpro and its team are not liable for:

• Service outcomes or performance issues
• Misconduct or fraud by users
• Loss of data, reputation, or earnings
• Technical errors, downtime, or app unavailability
